Veteran's Organizations
All of the money we raise at Touch A Truck for Heroes each year goes right towards local veteran projects and organizations.
We are proud to work with these organizations to say thank you to the men and women who have done so much for all of us.
Some of them will be participating in Touch A Truck for Heroes 2016, so please be sure to stop by their tables and find out more about what they do.
Help our Military Heroes is a local organization that helps severely wounded combat service members returning home get an adaptive minivans.
PFC Joseph P. Dwyer Vet 2 Vet program is a program run for veterans, by veterans that gets gets them and their families together for camaraderie, support and family events. The Vet 2 Vet program also is a link for veterans to find out about services that are available to them.
Director of Veterans Services Karl R Rohde and his staff are available to advise Veterans as to what benefits they may be entitled to receive from the Federal, State and Local Governments and to assist them in obtaining those benefits.
The NY Riders do so much to support our veterans, from toiletry drives, to fundraisers to visiting them at the Veteran's Home.
